Entirely "New York On 2" timing and style.

DESCRIPTION Presented by instructorperformer, choreographer, DJ and musician Carlos Konig, this social will feature lots of classic salsa music, with an occasional cha cha, by DJ Carlos Konig and other guest DJ's.  That means you'll be hearing some very good dancing music.  There will be dance shows from time to time which will be listed on our Calendar.  Held in a brand new studio, the wooden dance floor is "medium speed", so it is suitable for most shoes.  There are two dancing rooms available, plus another one ready to open if it gets crowded, as well as 2 other rooms for relaxing & socializing.  Refreshments are available for reasonable prices along with free snacks such as chips, pretzels & muffins.   Carlos is well-known to many of us as the smiling salsero with some of the fastest feet you've ever seen.  He is gracious and a true gentleman.  His classes & events are always friendly and the ladies tell me that dancing with him is a very graceful experience.  He invites everyone to come and join him at his social, a place for great dancing and friendly socializing.  The wooden dance floor is excellent, "medium speed", and it never gets sticky even in summers when with people dancing on it.
