Heartbreak Boyz
New York's Other Most Experienced Youth Dance Company

The Heartbreak Boyz is the wonderful brainchild of NY Mambo Instructor David Melendez and his Starlite Dance Studio. Like the Side Street Kids, this "On 2" youth performance team also comes out of the Bronx, New York. They have performed throughout the NY area, as well as at The West Coast Salsa Congress, The 2nd Annual Salsaweb Convention in Toronto and have toured Japan. Their success has caused David to spawn an even younger group called the "Junior Heartbreak Boyz". These kids have become a regular site at NY mambo social gatherings. They will help carry the touch on mambo dancing to the next generation of dancers.
