HOW TO NAVIGATE THIS WEB SITE
By Steve Shaw Salsa@nyc.rr.com
Hello and Welcome to www.SalsaNewYork.com .
Manny Siverio and I co-host this web site as a public service in our spare time, out of our love and passion for dancing mambo On 2. We have filled it with a tremendous amount of dancing information to enrich your mambo experience and to help you quickly find all the dancing resources which are available, so you can spend more time dancing and less time doing all the searching that we and others before us all had to do. This is your resource, and we want you to get all you can out of it.
We invite you to check out the www.SalsaNewYork.com web site on a regular basis, and especially whenever you're making plans to go out dancing. We update it frequently, sometimes daily, whenever new information comes in. Here is a partial list of what we provide for you:

and announcements.

Main Menu and
Alphabetical Index - Helps you find all our
information.
That's a lot of information, but how can you find it all quickly and easily, and when you need it? First, we encourage you to spend a little time getting familiar with the entire layout and all the pages of the web site, so you will know where to find info quickly in the future. Our Main Menu provides a well organized logical structure for the layout of the site with its different sections and categories.
Second, we have created several ways of finding all our information, and navigating the site. We would like to suggest that you set up 4 "bookmarks" or "favorites" in your browser so you can get to information quickly:
1. The Home Page - With a Main Menu covering Manny's Dancer's Magazine, Steve's Dancer's Guide, and a description of the web site and its policies along with a sign-up for our email newsletter. Also on the Home Page is our Alphabetical Index for the entire web site. If you are looking for something specific, just look for it alphabetically in the Index.
2. Where To Go Dancing - The Calendar of Events section listing events with at least 75% classic salsa music, of particular interest to the On 2 mambo dancers, plus an additional listing of other more general Latin clubs.
3. The Dancer's Magazine - The Dancer's Magazine home page, with a menu for all the Magazine information as well as new articles just published about mambo dancing.
4. Latest Salsa News - Here is where we will post all the latest news about what's going on in the mambo world which might be of interest to the dancers.
Finally, we depend on everyone to send us
information about salsa for us to consider posting on
www.SalsaNewYork.com , so please feel free to
email us. Thanks very much.
Once again, WELCOME !
